⦿ SCAN Teen Members Dis It Again!

A new wave of young achievers has emerged from Malis, Bulacan West Chapter, as four young individuals—9, 13, 14, and 15 years old—successfully passed the Amateur Radio Operator Licensure Examination administered by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).

According to National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) guidelines, children as young as nine (9) can take the licensure exam with parental consent. These young achievers demonstrated remarkable knowledge, discipline, and commitment—essential for responsible amateur radio operations.

Their success is a proud moment not only for their families but also for the organization. Parents should be proud of their children, who, at a young age, are achievers of government-supervised licensure examinations and now holders of government-issued licenses.

Let this inspire other teens to continue the enduring significance of a strong communication infrastructure—amateur radio. Age should never be a limitation to excellence and achievement.
